Dionne earned her Master’s in Early Childhood Education, and has experience working in various Early Childhood Education settings and schools. Her passion is advocating for children, families, and educators to have access to high quality early language and literacy curricula. Dionne enjoys reading, traveling, and cooking.
Lois Giovacchini

Lois joined SOWN in September 2023. She has served as senior development officer at Jewish organizations, education foundations, the PA SPCA, and Japan Society Shofuso House. She has over 35 years of experience building campaigns and in development operations. A graduate of New York University, Lois lives in Collingswood, NJ with her son Lido and two senior pugs.

Christina graduated from Temple University with an MS in Communication for Development and Social Change. She previously served as an AmeriCorps Corps Member with Teach For America, teaching Secondary English Language Arts to her transformative students in Albuquerque, NM. Christina enjoys long form journalism, warm beverages, and spending time with family and friends.

Lori earned her MSW from UPenn and has experience in housing, mental health, geriatrics, and clinical research. She has a passion for trauma-informed care and the Sanctuary model. Lori loves training in judo and hanging out with her husband, their two cats, and dog.

Arlene is a Certified Trauma-Competent Professional who has the privilege of working with grandparents raising their grandchildren. Her career at SOWN began 30+ years ago. Her private life is filled with family (7 grandchildren), friendships, writing poetry, and reading.
Marypat Tracy, MSW, LCSW

A passion for working in the aging field attracted Marypat to SOWN 20+ years ago. She earned her MSW degree with a concentration in Gerontology at Rutgers University. Outside of SOWN, Marypat enjoys biking, walking on the beach, and laughing with her beloved grandchildren.

Debby joined SOWN in 2014 and provides counseling and program coordination. She earned her BSS, M.Ed, and MSW, and is a credentialed provider with Philadelphia CBH. Debby enjoys spending time with her granddaughter and family, gardening, and reading.

Carly earned her B.S.Ed. from Gwynedd Mercy University. She is a PA Licensed Educator whose passion is empowering others through literacy. Carly loves listening to music, traveling, trying new cuisines, and hanging out with her friends, family, and pets.
